The Gunners have now set a new Premier League record for red cards after Gabriel was sent off for a second bookable offence at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal, this afternoon, became the first football club in the premier league to receive 100 red cards since the formation of the Premier League back in 1992.
Gabriel, also, became the 11th player to be shown the red card under Mikel Arteta.

The north London side put up a very impressive display against the Cityzens but have now lost their last ten meetings against Manchester City, which happens to be Arsenal’s longest losing streak against any side in the EPL.
The Gunners initially dealt with the pressure of having to play the final 30 minutes with just ten men impressively, but conceded a heartbreaking injury-time goal from Rodri that ensured City move 11 points clear at the top of the table.
